Reba Joy is the creative director of the National World War II Museum. She is also the co-founder of Scout, a New Orleans-based design firm pioneering the way that clients connect with consumers. She formerly served as the art director at The Idea Village, where she led the creative direction for New Orleans Entrepreneur Week. She began her creative design career with Peter Mayer where some of her clients included Zatarain’s and CenturyLink, the largest telecommunications company in the U.S. She is a native of New Orleans and a graduate of Loyola University’s Graphic Design program.

She helps brands craft their best stories by bringing their creative visions to life. Reba Joy loves creating efficiencies and instilling structure within her organizations, and she takes pride in pouring herself into the people she works with.
