  • Loyola University New Orleans 6363 Saint Charles Avenue New Orleans, LA, 70118 United States (map)

Marianna Mezhibovskaya is a New Orleans-based designer and fabricator. Her work includes scenic and commercial set construction, theatrical production touring, exhibition preparation and curation, custom furniture fabrication, experiential design, design strategy, and a deep dive into the criminal justice system for her MFA Thesis at the School of Visual Arts Products of Design program in NYC. Marianna uses human-centered design, cross-disciplinary research, and joyful interventions as her means of empowering disenfranchised and underserved populations. Having recently relocated to New Orleans from Brooklyn, NY, Marianna is currently revisiting her love of metalworking while exploring the design landscape and searching for a design community that shares her vision of creating collaborative and interactive experiences around social justice.
